challenge
In a world saturated with basketball imagery, the challenge wasn’t access—it was perspective. Courtside moments are endlessly documented, but often miss the poetry in between the plays. I wasn’t interested in just capturing the game. I wanted to capture the feeling—the tension before a free throw, the weight of a timeout, the quiet choreography that lives in the pauses, not the dunks.
approach
I approached NBA photography like a visual storyteller, not a sports photographer. By focusing on atmosphere, tone, and the unspoken rhythm of the game, I built a body of work that feels cinematic, textural, and alive. This isn’t about documenting stats—it’s about capturing presence. The same energy, taste, and aesthetic I bring to this work translates seamlessly to brand campaigns looking to tell a deeper story through sport.
